Missed my period twice and have lower back pain?
I usually have a normal cycle but the last 2 months I've missed it. I have no idea why because I am not sexually active and for the past 2 days I have been having lower back pain which I very rarely get because I usually have abdominal pain. Any solutions? or ways to induce your period?

Lower back pain on left side?
So, I've been having this pain in my lower back for a while now. It is usually on my left side but sometime the right side hurt to. It hurts the most after I do something physical like running, playing a sport. etc. I'm not sure if I just maybe pulled a muscle or if it's something worse, but its been going on for almost 2 months and just the past couple weeks it has been hurting worse.
Lower back pain right side.?
I have a shooting pain in my back, but in my lower back, like right above my hip bone. It comes an goes with little to no pattern. I have been to the dotor several times, and I have had cat scans, mri's, urine and blood tests, ultrasounds, and no one can find anything. When I have the pain it lasts for 10 second intervals, then it's gone and will come back throughout the day for about 1 2 weeks. Then its gone for a couple weeks, and starts the cycle over. I have no other symptoms. I'm worried that it is serious and has not been diagnosed right, but have been to 3 doctors about it. Can you advice some treatment devices or methods to solve this problem at home? Thank you
Im 17 and have lower back pain which spreads down my legs?
Im a 17 years old and i am overweight for my age and height. I also dont do much exercise. I have read online that walking 30 45 mins a day and doing streaches might help with the pain. So starting tomorrow im going to do that. However im curious as to wether i should go to my GP to get it checked out as its been a constant pain for the last 3 months or so. It only happens when im sitting down and starts around 10 minutes after ive sat down. After a while the pain starts to spread down my leg to around my knees which makes me want to get up and walk around but because im in college i cant just up and leave the class im in.My back also hurts when im lying on the sofa, if i need to bend down to put my shoes on and if i sneeze its becoming a real problem lately as before it was just once every so oftern now its all day every day im also scared about going to my GP as i know im overweight and dont have amazing posture your opinions please?
Lower back pain help?
Two and half months ago I used to work at this warehouse. I worked 12 hour shifts 3 days a week in a row. The job consisted of bending over a lot and moving very heavy objects. I did this for about roughly 4 months.I quit because my back was hurting every single day overlapping into the next week. Two months and a half down the road I'm still having pain. Especially when I wake up in the morning. It hurts in my lower back almost touching my butt. If feels very stiff.Do you think this is permanent and what should I do to make it go away?Btw I'm only 19 and am in shape.
Lower back pain: soreness or injury?
I've been doing p90x for almost a month now. When I did yoga on the first week, I started to feel a little bit of a pain soreness in my back maybe overstretched during plough . I figured it was just temporary and continued working out. Basically, it only really felt uncomfortable when I did spread feet bending hamstring stretch don't know the exact name but it was never serious and I could do all activities perfectly fine that didn't involve just that stretch. Just yesterday I did a session of yoga and shortly afterwards an hour or so my back started to ache more than usual...but only when I bent to stretch. This has continued on to today. So whenever I bent over it starts to ache. What I want to know is..is it just soreness intensified or could it be a back injury? I just wanna exhaust all sources of information before I make a trip to the doctor $$ .Thanks.
Solution to my back pain?
I'm a 19 year old male and I have a bad back. It doesn't constantly gave me pain, thank god, but it'll start to bother me if I sit in a hard backed chair for too long. I had an old mattress that sunk in the middle for years which really screwed up my back. A year or two ago I finally got a decent mattress which definitely has helped. But my back still gives me problems. I also need to constantly switch the side i'm sleeping on over the course of the night. I don't really fall asleep flat on my back. I can lay like that for a while but I prefer to sleep on my sides during the night. I change which side I sleep on every so often throughout the course of the night. Now, I don't find a huge problem with this as I'm use to it. But this does cause some problems when I'm sleeping over my girlfriend's dorm. The beds at our college aren't the biggest to begin with but I couples who can sleep together on them without much of a problem. My girlfriend is totally fine with my shifting positions every so often but I just hate it because I don't like waking her up or feeling like I'm disturbing her. I wanted to know if there's anything I could do to straighten my back out a bit or make it so it hurts less? My girlfriend has suggested a chiropractor but I don't know of one. I'm sure I can find one somewhere nearby where I live but I don't know how much they cost, if it'd be effective, or if there's a more simpler solution? Thanks in advance
I have been having back pain and other problems. What could be wrong?

Im freaking out! someone please help, i have lower back pain and want to know what could be causing it?
Two days ago I started getting lower back pains felt like period cramps just on my lower back they would just come and go. I slept good that night with no pain. Then I woke up the next morning fine but when I got to school it came back but this time it lasted ALL day. It took me a little bit to fall asleep cause the pain. I woke up this morning fine until after being out of bed for about an hour and it still hurts.. I just want it to stop, it hurts so bad. Can someone tell me what it might be? And my boyfriend and I have been having unprotected sex for a couple months now and I have taken a bunch of pregnancy tests and they have all said negative. My periods are very irregular my last one was almost a year ago so I've always thought I can't get pregnant. And I'm 16, is preferably like a doctor to answer or just someone who KNOWS what theyre talking about. It doesn't feel like a muscle is pulled or a nerve or anything. It's very achy and I have had shooting pains down my left leg and on the top of my right hip today
What should I do about my mid-back pain?
I had a sore back and my boyfriend tried massaging it, but it hurt the whole time and now it feels worse. The pain is right in my middle, almost upper back, to the left side, and it feels like a bruise now. When I sit and put my back against a chair, it hurts, and I have to sleep on my side. I'm 5'5" and 123 pounds, so I'm a normal weight and everything. I'm also 20, so I'm not quite old. Anyone know what could be going on and how to fix it?

Hips uneven causing lower back pain?
I'm 23 years old and have been having lower back pain for almost three years. The right side of my hip sits an inch higher than the left, and it is also a little bit further out in front on the right. I have pain on the left side of my sacroiliac joint. I also experience pain when I have been standing for long periods of time. It feels like someone is gripping my spine slightly above my buttocks. Both of my big toes are also numb. Besides the pain it has also caused my leg muscles to grow unevenly, as well as my back muscles. I have been to several different doctors, but nobody has been able to give me a straight answer of the problem. Anyone know what the problem is, or kno of a way to fix it? I'm a very active person, but lately I have been unable to perform my regular exercises. I would love to get my life back to normal. Thanks in advance to anyone that can offer suggestions
