Question: 37 weeks pregnant with severe middle to lower back pain mostly on one side?

It hurts to breathe or walk or anything. I have only noticed a little bit of tightening in my stomache so i dont think it could be labor. Have any idea what it is?

I am no doctor or educated on this matter in any way, but it sounds like you should go to the er. or call the doctor delivering your baby. it is close enough to 40 weeks and it may have something to do with your kidney. and you want to make sure the baby is healthy. check, just to be on the safe side. hope everything is okay, and congratulations!
