Computer chair back support?
im at the computer alot for work..and my lower back tends to hurt quite a bit at times..i try to get up to walk every now and then but sometimes im in the chair for long periods of time.what is good and affordable that i can buy to maybe attach to the chair or do you have some other ideas..has to be affordable

Back support belt that dosn't ride up or down?
Im looking for a womens back support belt that dosn't ride up or down basically one that stays put, is discreet under clothes, and is not to expensive. I had one when I was pregnant and it constantly rode up thats probably why my back was still hurting.I have a deteriorating disc in my back so I dont need answers of home remedies and massages. This is a chronic problem that will never go away and I just need the perfect support belt so I have relief at work. Thanks
Back support & mattress help?
I have slight back pain and I'm redoing my bed I have a mattress that is slightly old but has really only been slept in 10 to 15 times, is it still like new? I got all new pillows which should be good for my neck and head support. I also got a feather bed mattress top, are these supportive at all or are they just for comfort do you think that these things will help with my back pains which i think was mainly caused by sleeping on a bad mattress with old pillows what else should I do
Back support during school?
Hi, I have Benign Joint Hypermobility Syndrome, and as a result I get bad back pain, especially when I sit without some form of padding around my back. This has gotten a lot worse over the summer, which is why I'm planning on bringing a little pillow or something with me to school. Is there something that anyone can recommend? I'd really like it to be as discreet as possible, and it needs to be something I can put in my school bag to bring to each class.Thank you To CJ Ironically enough I have one of these strapped to the chair at my desk which I'm sitting on right now P
