Best mattress for lumbar support?
Beds that are too firm end up making my back feel worse. I have a herniated disc im my lower back. To be honest, when I sleep on an old, soft spring mattress, my back feels better. What is the best mattress for lumbar support that will give me a return policy? I am a 5'8" male, 150lbs, and I sleep mainly on my side.

The couch my wife and I have at home is aesthitically appealing, but very uncomfortable to sit in for long periods of time. There are many different types of lumbar cushions pillows that are sold but many of them are designed to be used in car seats and office chairs but not designed for use with a home sofa. Can anyone recommend a good lumbar pillow cushion to be used with a sofa at home to make it more comfortable and prevent back pain?
